Day 1:
Types of personalities vs. boss’s managing style and expectations towards an assistant.
The diagnosis of the personality style of one’s own boss, customer and co-worker.
1. Types of personalities: defining one’s own personality style vs. ways of communicating
2. Establishing stable relations with a boss, customers and co-workers using the styles of communication proper for certain types of personalities
3. Communicative barriers in relations with people representing completely different types of personalities
Development and career planning:
1. How to act effectively and make positive progress

· consistency in achieving goals
2. “Good girls are not promoted”: how to become a “naughty one” and still like oneself
3. The new perspectives and chances resulting from working in a secretariat
What decides about success: emotional intelligence at work:

2. The elements of an emotionl intelligence
3. The diagnosis of one’s own emotional intelligence
4. How emotions influence our behaviour and relations with other people

Persuasion vs. manipulation
1. The magical world of persuasion, the magic of words choosing when influencing others
2. Language tricks and how to defend oneself against language traps: identifying and using others people “meta model” basing on NLP

During the first day of a training we provide participants with individual consultation with the visagist: colour analysis and a proper make-up selection for all participants.

Secretary’s office as a stage play:
1. The workshops will be held by the actor of William Horzyca Theatre in Toruń. The purpose of the workshops is to teach participants to create a proper impression in every situation and under any circumstances
2. Acting exercises; practising reacting to different situations
3. Lectures enable participants to practise auto-presentation skills and using the most effective media
