Assertiveness
Do you have and can you express your own opinion? Is it difficult for you to express your feelings and emotions? Can you be adamant when it is needed? Can you receive both praise and criticism? Are you aware of your own advantages and disadvantages? During our workshops we will help you to answer these and many other questions. Assertiveness is an acquired feature. You can just learn how to be assertive. On our trainings we will teach you how to control and show your emotions and how to oppose pressure and manipulation. You will also learn how to struggle for your rights without destroying other people. You will become convinced that expressing youself is not so difficult!
