Roman Czyżycki

Graduated from Diplomatic-Consular Department The Main School of Foreign Service in Warsaw, Two Year Postgraduate Training of International Economic College by The Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (at present The Main Business School).
He worked in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in years 1956 to 2002. In the headquarters he occupied all official positions including Foreign Minister. He was also The Director of Diplomatic Protocol. He worked in diplomatic embassies in Mexico (twice), Cuba and Brazil. He was an ambassador in Angola, St Thomas Island, Egypt, Sudan and Portugal.
He is the lecturer of Diplomatic Academy.
He is the co-author of a book “Diplomacy” edited by International Relations College in Łódź.
Honoured with Poland Rebirth Order.

 

 

dr Jolanta Jaworska

Graduate of Polish Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She holds a Masters certificate in Neurolinguist Programming given by Christine Hall, The Director of The NLP Connection in USA. She developed her knowledge on workshops on Strategy Modelling and Development based on NLP given by Robert Klaus (Meta Master NLP in USA). In her work she also uses Transactional Analysis. Her knowledge in this field enables her to become a member of European Transacional Analysis Association. What is more, she has participated in many trainings connected with using psychology not only in business, but also in therapy.

Jolanta Jaworska has wide and long-lasting experience in consulting and giving trainings on interpersonal communication, communication within the team, assertiveness, dealing with stress, conflict resolving and time management. Within the framework of both group training and individual psychology practice she works on strengthening customer’s self-worth, and motivating in order to achieve vocational and personal success.
Jolanta Jaworska worked 12 years at the University of Nicolas Copernicus in Toruń where she took part in international research and realised her own research and development work. She made a project on the factors influencing self-esteem. It was financed by The Research Committee.
Her great advantages are the the ability of establishing relations easily, effective communicating, and individual approach towards people.


 

Irena Lichnerowicz-Augustyn

Graduate of the University of Nicolas Copernicus in Toruń and a scholar at the University of Angers in France. Graduated from Postgraduate Training at the University of Bath in Great Britain (a scholar at British Council – Joseph Conrad Scholarship). In the years of 1999 – 2005 she worked for International Relations Office, then in the Protocol Unit at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. She was responsible for foreign activities of the First Lady of Poland. Irena Lichnerowicz took also part in preparing and realising visits of spouses of heads of states in coming to Poland, and was responsible for programmes of official foreign visits of the First Lady of Poland and her participating in conferences and seminars.

Since 2005 she has worked for Diplomatic Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Counsellor of the Minister. Currently she is the Protocol Officer in Diplomatic Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Responsible for the protocolar ceremonies at the top national level, ceremonies with the participation of the diplomatic corps, and etiquette. She trains the members of Polish foreign service in the field of diplomatic protocol.
She speaks English, French and Italian fluently, likes journeys and dance.



Iwona Majewska-Opiełka

Lider’s trainer, motivation speaker, and psychologist-adviser. One of the most interesting people in the training market. The author of the unique training programme based on affecting unconsciousness, improving one’s own character and life modelling. She studied at Warsaw University (psychology, Master degree in 1980) and lately at the University of Toronto (M.A. degree). In the years of 1986-94 studied The Philosophy of Success, The Psychology of Achievement and Managing People at the most outstanding representatives of these fields.

Her teachers were: Stephen R. Covey, Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Susan Jeffers, Bob Proctor, David Whitley, Wyne Dyer and others. She has worked in the United States and Canada, currently works in Poland. Iwona Majewska-Opiełka has translated Stephen’s R. Cove bestseller “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and has written nine books connected with self improvement. She has given trainings under the auspices of Businessman Institute and Business Centre Club. The great advantages of her trainings are professionalism and smart and witty observations.



Marta Piegat-Kaczmarczyk

Intercultural psychologist, trainer, consultant. The member of the international trainers association Polygone. She organises trainings concearning interpersonal and intercultural competence and promoting them in both vocational and private life. The coordinator and the consultant of international groups and projects realised in Kosovo, Canada, France, Portugal, Tunisia, Italy, Buryat Republic and Crete. She specialises in supporting Poles in contacts with foreigners, foreigners in the process of acculturation, vocational and self-development. The lecturer of psychology at Warsaw University at postgraduate studies for people working with foreigners. The author of publication programmes and textbooks concearning psychology, education and intercultural communication.
As a trainer she emphasises the role of strengthening the potential of participants and their readiness.

Elżbieta Żurek

The highly respected specialist, consultant and trainer of modelling corporate image using Public Relations techniques (modelling an image of a company, techniques and tools of PR, estbalishing good relations with the media, PR Crisis Situations) and modelling a personal image using Personality Public Relations techniques (creating personal image, public speeches, media training).

Coordinator of many advising and training projects, creator of images of many famous people. She is also the lecturer of Postgraduate Studies of Public Relations and Partner’s Marketing, and Manager Studies of The Main School of Banking in Gdańsk. Her career in the field of Public Relations has started in Germany. Currently she realises her author’s projects in Poland, and she has achieved wide recognition and respect of both specialist and listeners.
