General characteristics of the training

Effective intercultural communication often seems to be very difficult, but some basic principles make it much more easy. In this training we are approaching holistically to the issue of developing intercultural competence. We are focusing as much on deepening the knowledge on phenomenon and processes in intercultural space, as on developing practical managing skills in intercultural environment.

We offer this training to foreign managers working in Poland, and to coordinators of intercultural teams and projects. We also invite those who are involved in projects with partners from diverse cultural circles.

What socialization and enculturation are? And how they influence the principles and organization culture

Models of culture shock- five and six phases.
Psychological, physical, social, and cognitive symptoms.
